Oh, today’s funny video gave me such a chuckle, and also a little reminder of how often we cause our own trouble without even realizing it. A sweet little baby has a rubber band on its leg, and what does that curious little one do? Keeps pulling at it! Of course, each tug brings a sting, and the poor darling cries—yet goes right back to pulling again.
Isn’t that just like life sometimes? We fuss and fuss, but half the time we’re the ones tugging on the very thing that’s causing our pain. Watching this little one, I couldn’t help but laugh and shake my head—because oh, how familiar that feels!
