A woman from North Carolina took a picture of a flight attendant who was comforting a nervous passenger, and it went viral.

You’ll see why in a minute!

Molly Lee from Raleigh said she was traveling from Charlotte to New York City with her family when she saw a passenger who seemed really scared about flying. However, the flight attendant named Floyd Dean-Shannon went out of his way to comfort her.

Floyd explained every sound and every movement the plane made.

He made it his entire purpose to make this one passenger feel safe.

The photo shows Floyd sitting in the aisle, holding the passenger’s hand. Molly shared the picture on social media, and it was shared over 10,000 times.

In her post, she also said that Floyd deserved a raise for his exceptional service.

I agree!

This story is a valuable lesson for all of us because it shows how a simple act of kindness can go a long way in making someone’s day. Floyd could have easily ignored the nervous passenger and continued with his regular duties, but he chose to go above and beyond by offering emotional support.

We should all strive to be kind and compassionate towards others, especially during difficult times. Small gestures like these can make a huge difference in someone’s life, and they don’t cost a thing.
