Unveiling The Bite-Sized Goodness Of Marvelous Mini Veggie Burgers

Shrink your favorite veggie burgers into bite-sized Marvelous Mini Veggie Burgers! These tiny, tasty treats are perfect for little hands and big appetites!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked and mashed sweet potato
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup canned black beans, drained, rinsed, and mashed
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mini whole wheat slider buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, avocado, and pickles

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix sweet potato, quinoa, black beans, onion, cilantro, breadcrumbs, flaxseed, and cumin. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into mini burger patties and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and firm.
  5. Assemble your Marvelous Mini Veggie Burgers on the slider buns and add your favorite toppings.
